MSSAS: Should there be a common national alarm service, which - in addition to alarm management – includes also the infrastructure and regulations for information sharing and coordination?

      As Alarm Services are duties of the regions it can´t be organized at national level, whereby on national level the data should be aggregated.

      Yes although this project is very difficult due to many reasons and needs open minds with prior experience on similar projects. One simple reason: different security policies of key stakeholders.
